These apartment are a great value! You can’t beat the location either it is close to everything! I personally prefer an apartment environment over a hotel. This place has a living room and dining area in case you receive any guests. Eric has mastered his system and is very organized. The most impressive part is that Eric allowed me to have a friend come over and decorate the place with rose petals, drop off some chocolate covered strawberries and have a wine bottle waiting for me! This was the smoothest thing I have ever done and I’m very grateful with Eric for his trust and professionalism.

This apartment was perfect for four people. The location was convenient, near Parque Llleras, El Exito, and a lot of places to eat. The apartment itself was very clean and it had pretty much everything we needed. The pictures don’t show how nice the place really is. Also the porteria is really a plus, makes you feel extra secure in an already secure neighborhood.

Best place in Medellin! I stayed for a month and everything was smooth sailing. The apartment was very safe and secure (which was very important as my spanish was at a beginners level) and an easy walk to the metro, mall, bank, and grocery store. The space was perfect for relaxing alone or entertaining guests.

I really enjoyed my stay with Medellin Rentals. They were easy to deal with as I tried to figure out my plans for my trip and was easy to contact during my stay. Booking the place with them was very straightforward. They answered all communications promptly. Always available. The apartment was just perfect. Clean and organized. Can accommodate 4 people without being crowded. Fully furnished, all appliances in working condition. Free computer use. Beds are very comfortable. The security guards were very helpful and visible all the time. Amazing balcony view at night. Walking distance to the metro train and parks and restaurants. Overall, the experience was memorable. Next time I visit Medellin, I would definitely stay at in one of their apartments.
